Dr. Charles Guy
Founder
Dr. Charles W. Guy II, DO FAOCO, is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist who founded Facial Plastic Surgery of Central Texas in 2018. Growing up in Houston, Texas, he pursued undergraduate studies at Southwestern University before graduating from UNTHSC/TCOM in Fort Worth in 2004. Dr. Guy completed a residency in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery at UMDNJ and a cosmetic fellowship in Little Rock, Arkansas. Known for his approachable nature and expertise in all areas of the face, he specializes in procedures like facelifts, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, facial liposuction, brow lifts, fillers, and more. Dr. Guy understands that facial plastic surgery can be life-changing and is dedicated to ensuring all his patients look and feel their very best.
Macy Rejcek, RN
Primary Nurse Injector
Joining the team in 2019, Macy Rejcek works alongside Dr. Guy, assisting him and ensuring every patient is comfortable, informed, and well taken care of during their procedures. Originally from West, Texas, Macy graduated from McLennan Community College before venturing to Austin, where she worked as an RN for a surgical/cosmetic dermatologist. Upon returning home, she brought a decade of specialized experience to our clinic. Macy and her husband Eric have two daughters, Logan and Chandler. In her spare time, she likes to read, cook, and travel.
Macy is our primary nurse injector and administers all of the skin care treatments at our clinic. She is also expert-certified in ZO Skin Health treatments.
Michele Lander
Surgical First Assistant
Michele joined the team in 2024 and works alongside Dr. Guy, assisting him and ensuring every patient is comfortable, informed, and well taken care of during their procedures.
Originally from Waco, Michele lives in West, TX with her husband, Brian, and two children, Brett and Raegan. She graduated from Temple College and holds a current certification for surgical first assisting through NBSTSA. She enjoys watching all her children’s activities they participate in and loves spending time with family and friends. Michele is always up for a good adventure of going to places she has never been before.
Erin Kadlacek
Project Manager/ Patient Care Coordinator
Erin joined the team in 2021 and plays a vital role in daily clinic operations, marketing and social media development, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Originally from Riesel, TX, Erin graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She lives for espresso martinis, country concerts, and being an organizational queen.
Kristi Sprayberry, RN, MSN, CPN
Nurse Practitioner
Kristi Sprayberry joined our team in 2021 and works alongside Dr. Guy to provide exceptional patient care. Originally from West, Texas, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. Kristi furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Nursing—Leadership and Management Degree from Walden University. She and her husband Jeremy have three daughters: Kingsley, Primley, and Beckley. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her daughters' sports activities, and indulging in landscape design and gardening.
Abbie Anderson
Front Office Coordinator
Abbie Anderson joined our team in 2023 and is the friendly face that welcomes you every time you visit our office. A valuable asset to our clinic, she coordinates appointments, surgeries, paperwork, and more, all with a positive and upbeat outlook. Abbie holds an Associate of Arts from McLennan Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog Kinsley, working out, baking, and being with friends and family. You can find her cheering on the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and Baylor Bears!
